Im just looking for any advice I can get from someone who appplied the SOWP at a Poe
Im very nervous
This is my case:
Im mexican , so that means I don’t need a visa
Im traveling with my 2 kids (6 and 2 years old)
My husband has been working as a cook (skilled worker) 7 months now
He earns 15 per hour
He got his work permit at a Poe ( with his contract LMIA, etc)
They told him I do this by email:

Select by paper
Then Select the country of Mexico
Fill the forms and validate it. Let her print the checklist and include the family members too in her submission.
She needs original passport, copy of your work permit, contract, lmia and bank statement from you as well as your passport and marriage certificate. Then fill the forms IMM1295 and validate it before printing, IMM5707 no validation required for this form and the checklist on the link as well.
So far that’s what I’ve done ,I’ve been doing a research about the biometrics and they are done at the Poe too. I’m traveling on jun 8 with my 2 kids and my mother in law( only to help me with my kids, she has her return ticket )
I’ve never travel to any foreign country.
Do you think I could be rejected?
Any advice is welcome
