HeyI got fair procedure letter form cic. I have Applied for pr under express entry the reason for that
I answered one question wrongly
The question was have you or your family member listed in application ever been refused for the visa for canada or any other country I answered no for that
They found that my wife was refused visa for the usa in background check Now they send me fair procedure letter
I never wanted to answer wrongly but as she was granted visa ultimately so that doesn't count i assumed
They gave me 7 days to reply

The same thing happen to me back in 2016. I applied for visitor visa and forgot to mention about USA refusal. However I sent them a letter stating it was honest mistake and i didn't meant to do any cheating. And after 1 month i got the approval.
So its better if you can just right a good letter and explain your self.
When did you actually stop working? 1. can i take another certificate from Human resources officer that i work there till june/2018 and send visa office as additional or wait their asking if any (already department head certificate send them with my explanation),
2. in the above circumstances what may be the decision or any suggetion to me that i do? beacause i have more 10 days in hand to answer till may 15/2019.

my advice need as i already send one certificate sign by head of department in addition can i take another same copy as sign by human staff and send for strong my position. or wait for response from visa office based on which i already send.(basically i stopped work after august 17)

The visa office will call again to verify whatever document you give them. The only answer is to tell the truth. If you stopped working in August 2017 then that is what you should say. If you lied about it then I don’t know what to tell you. Sending them a new document that is yet another lie will only get you in more trouble. You will be banned for 5 years for misrepresentation.
visa office ask me in PF LETTER (as per resing date give by hr staff date was 31/8/2017) in adr job letter i send which show i work till may/2018 but hr officer give them i resign in 31/8/2017 ,,,that visa officer concern i send fraudlent certificate. but my position is i send certificate with explanation letter that i work till june/2018 . so its simple my may/2018 adr job certificate is valid. if now the need to confirm call department head..no problem.I get your question but I’m still not clear on when you actually ended work.
