Maybe I should try to contact the MP first, then seek for a law company.
You are calling yourself a supervisor, so why you didn't choose a supervisor NOC?Ah well, that is a small business, so my duties also included the storage is always clean and secure. Moreover we work in food industry, so that make sense while a supervisor has to keep an eye on those thing.
Depends on your stream. CEC then no but PNP yes.Hi @SithLord ,
Quick question..i am a INLAND applicant and i have full time job..do i need to provide POF?
It seems to me that you were unable to convince the officer that you are capable of handling a managerial role.I do have a Bachelor of Business Administration, 2 years experience as an Assitant store manager of a pawnshop back home.
I got Marketing diploma in Canada.
I worked as a Cashier part-time at food store during school. And worked full time there as an assistant store manager at the same store after finish school.
Is it qualify? Can I make an appeal for this case?
Some of the job duties mentioned here also matches with noc 6211.Duties: NOC 0621

Your work experience letter is the reason for the refusal. You didn't provide them with a solid job description, instead you gave them job duties that also matches with another noc“I am not satisfied that you meet the skilled work experience requirement(s) because you have not demonstrated with the job duties provided that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation as set out in the occupational descriptions of the National Occupational Classification, as well as a substantial number of the main duties, including all essential duties, as set out in the National Occupational Classification as required in Ministerial Instruction 15(4)(b).”
That is around when I got RPRF request too.Got a ghost update. 13 days left to 6 months.

You just answered your question regarding the refusal.Ah well, that is a small business, so my duties also included the storage is always clean and secure. Moreover we work in food industry, so that make sense while a supervisor has to keep an eye on those thing.

Another case rejected because of wrong NocYep. I think the same when I googled it
I doubt your application will be reopened since this not an error from IRCC end. Sorry not what you wanted to hear.I don’t know what could make them reopen my application.
So Sorry to hear about your refusal....Well you have few options as per what I think:Hi guys,
My GCMS note said Eligibility Recommend Pass. And there’s nothing in the note said any problem with my work experience in Canada.
However I got refusal because the officer is not satisfied with my work duties in Canada. That’s why my application got refused.
What can I do with that? Look for new job?
