If medicals results come as failed for secondary applicant?

Hi members,

Please help me out here.
I have not yet started my application for PR for Canada. As I have been diagnosed with Multiple sclerosis I went through the upfront medicals to find out the result of that before starting the PR application. As you all might be knowing that getting the results of the same is near impossible, I wanted to know if I apply as a secondary applicant and if my medicals come as failed will that effect the primary applicant also.
