Is it normal that i have not received any letter or email yet from cic about my file tranfer to local visa office (delhi, India) .I passed my medical since 20jan ,and got sponsor approval 15 jan. Now its been 3 months since medical and there is no update about my file tranfer or BGC.Does anyone in the same boat. Can anyone tell me what should i do ? Please!

Not much we can do. I too am in the same boat. I am dec applicant (see my signature for timeline). There has been one Nov applicant being transferred to NDVO. Beyond that, no information. I guess those guys are working through the backlog.
Was it earlier transferred to Mississauga or it is directly transferred to Delhi from Sydney.

They will say "your applicartion is well within the processing time". I guess they cannot do more.
I think I am in a similar boat. But I have never called IRCC. I think they'll transfer our files to Mississauga within a month or two hopefully.

Hello group member, need your valuable advise. My spouse applied for me in October 2018 and on 30th april 2019 I had my medical examination. Could you please advise what is the next step and how long will it take for final decision. Thanks
Depends on where your application is processed, your timelines would vary. As well, we would need to know if background checks have started etc. So I guess we do not have a good answer. If you are with CPC-M then you are in good hands as they are faster. If you are transferred to a LVO, depending on which VO you are, things go well or poorly (London and New Delhi are notorious for their processing speed).
From your perspective, i think this is all you need to do (unless the processing centre asks you for more information). As for the time frame on decision, we would need more details on your application timeline to give a meaningful answer.
Hi, I’m the husband living in Canada and sponsoring my wife living abroad. Sent the application package in Oct-2018 and here is what the online websites are showing. First the e-CAS and second the online site that my wife linked lately. I changed some obvious info about the name and the exact dates but overall everything is laid down below.
Other than an email or two informing us for the acceptance and medical, we didn’t see any negative feedback or request yet. So wondering with the timelines below if someone can say with you his/her own experience if it’ll be coming soon or need to wait the 5 months? I know about the 12 months etc..
Just trying to anticipate things, and find people with similar chronology.
By the way, in theory, the criminal record has expired, I hope they will not ask for another one and hope they will go by the date when I sent the package.
My other question, is what’s next? The Visa?
