Did your university sent your document by register post? Even my university sent the document through registered post and its not received by WES yet. Pleas let me know if you will get info about your docket.

Yes it was sent by register post!
I sent a DM on Twitter and a message through the contact form on the 25th, no reply, so another DM and contact form + tweet on Twitter on the 29th. And all of a sudden I got a message reply yesterday (30th) that suddenly my documents were delivered that morning and that it should take another 2/3 working days before my status would change in my profile. However, the same day my status changed:

Status: In progress
We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s).

Status last updated: 4/30/2019

For some reason I feel something went wrong at WES, that my documents might have been there for some time, but nevertheless they're reviewing them now and I'm hoping it won't be too long before I get a due date for my ECA. It's just my subjects and grades from my bachelor, all other documents from both bachelor and master have been accepted...

Do anyone know how long will WES take to accept the documents if they were resent by the University? The status of the application was put On hold stating that the documents were not sent directly by the college(autonomous). Followed up with the college and the documents reached WES again last Friday. WES changed the status to in progress this Monday. I'm concerned if they would take another 30 days to review the new documents

Depends.... coz for me it took almost a month after they receive the reply from my university.... and few people got that early

In my case, it was a secondary verification reply sent from the university. The status changed from reviewing documents to reviewing evaluation report in a week.

I'm hoping this is the case for me too, especially since all the other documents other than this one (subjects & grades) have already been accepted

Depends.... coz for me it took almost a month after they receive the reply from my university.... and few people got that early

In my case, it was a secondary verification reply sent from the university. The status changed from reviewing documents to reviewing evaluation report in a week.

The turnaround time for secondary verification was quick for the other application that we had submitted.

so my university missed on sending a particular document....so my application was put on hold.....my university resent the documents and they were recieved by wes on 24th of april. As of yesterday they have accepted the missing document also....only difference in your case would be that your documents were rejected whereas mine was missing.....Hope they accept your documents at the earliest

WES sends "mail" not email. They would have sent it through Canada Post and eventually it would get delivered through the postal service. A response to this mail would be done by email.
