My friends had the same situation. They sent the documents again through the courier that is near to the University or college. Also, they provided the University or college's address for the receipt. You should not provide your name or address even to the courier guys as WES rejects if it comes...

Sent a query to WES today and they accepted the documents. The status is updated and it's due on 5/24

In my case, for the other application we had submitted, below is the timeline: Status updated from on hold to inprogress after secondary verification: 4/16 Evaluation due : 5/7

They do send it both the ways. Try to follow up your University. As far as I know, WES gives the standard reply in this case and would not share the email info for secondary verification. Followup with WES if your University does not receive the mail package after a week.

The turnaround time for secondary verification was quick for the other application that we had submitted.
