[FSW] Job experience confusion

Hi all,

I got a problem when planning to submit Express Entry application. My working experiece as following:
(1) May 2018 - current: English teacher (Full-time job) - 4021 College and other vocational instructors
(2) Oct 2017 - Apr 2018: marketing coordinator
(3) Oct 2017 - Nov 2018: University Preresentative assisstant - 6314 Customer and information services supervisors:
(4) Mar 2016 - Nov 2017: English teacher (Part-time job) - 4021 College and other vocational instructors

As above, I'm thinking my main NOC will be 4021 College and other vocational instructors. However, my full time job (1) only has less than 1000 working hour while the requirement of Express Entry FSW as:

at least 1 year of continuous work or 1,560 hours total (30 hours per week). You can meet this in a few different ways:

• full-time at 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
• equal amount in part-time: 15 hours/week for 24 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
• full-time at more than 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months at more than 1 job = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)

My questions are:
1. Am I correct when apply NOC 4021 as my main NOC?
2. If I use 4021 as my main NOC, can I apply this year or have to wait till my (1) job lasts for 2 years? (It is currently 1 year and 1 month fulltime). Since the requirement as I understand is at least 1560 hours AND 1 fultime working year.
3. My Job (1) and (4) are same NOC. Can I sum up the working time for those? Is there any risk I would be rejected for this?

You need 1 year of continuous work ex. in your primary NOC. It needs to be continuous under FSW - you cannot add up working time if there's a big gap like you have.

You don't need 1 year + 1560 hours..

If you've been working full time (at least 30 hours a week) from May 1 2018 - current in a NOC 0 job, you have the work ex you need under FSW.

Really appreciate your reply. I will explain a bit more details on my case:
- My offical contract with title as Language Teacher (English) and it matches almost perfectly to the NOC 4021. However, while stated clearly in the contract as Full-time, my working hours does NOT reach 30 hours/week. This is due to the nature of the job, the company will arrange me some courses depending on how many student register for my class.
- So I do all responsibility as a full-time employee, so do I need to write an explanation letter for my case?

If you don't have 1560 hours, you will not be considered full-time. The requirement is to have 1 year of continuous, full-time employment, where full-time is defined as at least 30 hours a week.

You have 1-year of continuous employment, but it isn't full-time. It will be considered part-time. A letter won't work since you don't meet the eligibility requirements.

You will have to wait till you have 1560 hours. How many hours a week do you work? Based on that, you can calculate when you'll be eligible.

My working hours are more than 1000 hours, very close to the CIC requirment. It will take couple months to reach 1560 hours.

But the thing I am worrying about is that whether this action meets the CIC requirement. Because by doing this, my case would be fulltime, 1560 hours but in more than 1 year continuous working, compared to the CIC requiremtn exact as:
