This letter is recieved by everyone.
I got visa stamped on my passport on same day as of my Biometric letter date.
You will shortly receive envelope dispatch message maximum by Monday.
I recieved biometrics letter on 12th March and got my passport dispatched on 14th march. Passport in hand on 15th March. Visa issue date was 12 march

Biometric date: 19th april
Acknowledgement letter from New Delhi: 29th April.
When can I expect the result. Eligibility review is not started, only background processing is being active.

Subject is "student acknowledgement letter" this is just a general letter that states that application processing has started.
