Hi Jessica,

I am assuming yes, as I am on the same boat with you; status DM for both sides on ECAS and no update on GCKey. I had called IRCC, inquiring what the decision was and they had told me that my sponsorship was approved; they didn't give info on my spouse's application since we hadn't submitted an information release form, and we were unable to connect to the call centre afterwards, but I am hopeful that's also approved

I have a question I’m hoping someone can help me with.

I just received my new passport, and I want to update my passport number on my application (I’m the sponsor) - from what I can gather, using the web form is the best way to do this. I received DM yesterday.

Is it too late to update info on my application? Would it even be added after DM?

I just don’t want to show up to the interview with a new passport without informing them about it. I thought I’d just send in the webform and hope for the best?

No further updates on GCKey (still showing review of eligibility, processing background check and no final decision), or ECAS (shows DM on both sides but no other details.)

I’m not too worried about this info not being updated, since the interview being scheduled seems like a definite positive sign... right? Haha, I don’t think I’ve been purely excited or optimistic at ANY point during this process. There is always a lurking feeling of something potentially going wrong.

When we walk out of that final interview - THEN we can finally relax and celebrate.
