Btw , paying your taxes , paying for childcare, never having an issue here are not extraordinary. We’re all supposed to do these things , whether someone is a citizen PR, temporary worker etc . Doesn’t suddenly slot you into the 1% of the population
That “ I’m paying taxes “ reason pops it’s head up so many times , I’m beginning to think people in other countries don’t pay taxes

Hello Dear,

I just mentioned that to show that we have a settled life in Canada and that we are obeying laws and we have a good status in Canada. when I said I pay daycare I want to show that my kid is involving in society and have lifestyle and friends.

and thank you for your comment.

The big issue is knowing what you needed to apply for PR and also get your wife an OWP why didn’t you both work in jobs that would qualify? Luckily Mexico recently became visa exempt or your wife wouldn’t have been able to return to Canada.
The simple answer is we did not find A, B and 0 jobs.

Thank you for your comment.

There really isn’t anything from preventing you from settling in a towncity that doesn’t have such a high crime rate. With both of you having Canadian educations, I would expect your opportunities in Mexico aren’t as dire as you make out. If this is the basis for your claim, you might just want to research the potential opportunities and provide legitimate back up before you submit your claim. Guarantee IRCC/IRB will go to the trouble of researching it if you don’t.

Thank you for your reply,

I may need to support my argument otherwise it seems not strong enough.

My ground is the interest of the child.

As a Canadian child who has an Arabic father living in one of the highest crime towns in Mexico, he would be an easy target to kidnap. I am not sure if I should wait until he gets kidnap and then ask an assistant from Canadian embassy abroad.

or should I separate the child from mom and take him back home with me? (is that something not unusual)

There is an argument. I can not see it, But I feel it!

And again thank you for your opinion.
You saying that your child is a high risk for kidnapping doesn't mean anything. There are many safe areas to live in Mexico.

Your child is 3. He is not involved in society and would be able to adapt perfectly fine if moved to another country.

You may want to research your options for immigrating and max out the scores.

Maybe you/your wife can go back to school to help you to get better jobs... instead of depending on your 3-year old child to get you your PR

You are hardly alone in not "seeing" this argument having much hope for success, but I would isolate your "feeling" as unlikely to be shared by many on this open website, or any competent decision-maker who reviews far more compelling cases every day.

Speculating that a kidnapping might occur isn't evidential and is actually rather irritating if that's the sole strength of your case. To spare you this potential risk, and since children commonly grow up in the care of a single parent, it looks like it's two for Bahrain.

You could go to Mexico as a family but that's maybe too risky, in your view of the future.

So far, not so good.

Bahrain isn't strict as compared to other GCC countries .
For your wife you can get her a sponsored visa on your behalf .
That's how it works in Bahrain .

- A Bahraini .

There are lots of options in Bahrain
Thank for your replay,

In Bahrain, If I go and announce my marriage I will be banned from traveling outside of Bahrain for a number of years and I may face a trial. (In Bahrain before we travel abroad for school, we have to sign on contents prevent us from marrying foreign women while we are studying abroad, I have signed on these documents before I came to Canada and I have a copy of them).

So we are talking about 0% succeed for my wife to grant status in Bahrain.

And again, Thank you for sharing your opinion.

What document are you talking about ?

On another note ,
1. Get your child the Bahraini Passport
2. Take him home .
3. Take your wife home later or whenever , marry there or get registered in A Bahraini emabassy .
4. Apply for nationality for your wife .

IRCC will strongly give you these or a thousand more options .
They do check into everything possible .

And if it's that hard to get things done in Bahrain , it'll be even harder to go through a H&C application .
