AOR 28 Nov, only MEP cleared.

I suspect two things cause delays these days:
1. After what happened in Sri Lanka, security checks for all South Asians would/should/could be tightened. <- cases where eligibility is done, but no PPR yet
2. Many NOCs likely need an in-depth assessment, and CIC might not have appropriate skill to assess (example: digital marketing specialists) or is overloaded with certain NOCs (example: inadequate manpower checking the many computer programmers) <-- cases where eligibility is not yet met

Can not really think of any other logical reason about the delays..
Then me a mechanical engineer should not be expecting ppr any time soon lol

How they understand which file will be “over 6 month” and which not if they have not opened it. A lot of files laying there with any movement after MEP. My opinion is that they just can’t keep up and that is all.
Yeah that confuses me as well....How do they pick up which files to work on and which ones to leave collecting dust...
On a side note most people that have been told 'nothing has started' by the agent should order GCMS Notes for better insight....
I was advised against ordering notes in the 3rd month after AOR by almost everyone but I went and ordered...Found out my application is 'Eligibility not met' for NOC Mismatch...Sent a CSE requesting NOC rectification right away....And then my file moved to local VO on 22nd March so might be a positive sign....

I am in the same bucket of no movement since ages(well, since months - it feels like ages though). My AOR is Nov 17 and I got GCMS notes on Mar 18. I met the eligibility requirement and security and background hasn't started. My online profile says eligibility requirements are being reviewed. But my GCMS says eligibility was met(not passed). Since then no movement at all. I am FSW -O applicant. Seems no one touched my application.

When I call the agents they offer no additional insights into application and they say that there is no due date change or anything and no flags or concerns on my application. Honestly I lost hope of receiving before May.

Guys, can anyone explain to me what should one do if he finds "review required" for something in his notes? As I understand, the only thing one can actually do is to get better prepared for ADR and nothing more, right?

I agree on that. But you can keep badgering them with loads of CSEs until they pick up your file. My point is... don’t lose hope. When I went to submit my passport I met someone who crossed a few weeks over 6 months mark. Just don’t lose hope my friend !!

There is no point in doing that. Your calls or emails will never reach anyone with ability to move your file. At best they can look at the first page of your file, which has all the Eligiblity, Criminality, Security etc statuses but these are manually updated and, therefore, not always accurate (my Eligibility is marked "Not Started" even though the Case Analyst has already reviewed my eligibility).

Exactly the same situation. Infact, the last time i spoke to an agent she informed me that my timeline has been pushed to 18th September

Depends on what the Review Required is for. Can't say anything without looking at the notes.

what kind of POF you gave them, statements, balance certificate, FD etc ?
seems, they are not convinced at first look.

most probably, they will ask for ADR, fresh copies of statements etc
or if lucky, somebody else will clear it, without asking anything.
I have shown gift deed for funds along with FD which is around 5 years old....
Also funds are way more than needed for 1 person. I hope they'll clear it. Also, I don't use that account anymore so that the funds are maintained.

Try providing them with an updated bank statement :)
