i see since i got pre arrival last friday means my bgc is checking now.... hoping for fast bgc process.. since u got refusal two days after u got pre arrival...

I dont think so it depends ......some i know got 1 day bgc
after got pre arrival the next day got PPR some are weeks but not 3 months those i think are with problem with police record..
I was saying IF your bgc take longer than 3 months.. It's ss. Normally bgc take anywhere from a couple of days to 1 or 2 months. Longer it's ss.

- Spouse Eligibility Approval Letter email: 6th July, 2018
- Decision made for Sponsor on ECAS: 6th July, 2018
- Medical Submitted: 11th July, 2018
- Medical Passed on GCKey: 12th July, 2018
- Letter - File Transferred to Local Visa Office in London: Dated 20th July, 2018, but received it in mail 26th July, 2018
- Applicant's ECAS update: started processing application - 1st August, 2018
- Background Check status changed to "Processing" on GCKey - 25th April, 2019.
- Pre-arrival Services email on GCKey - 26th April, 2019.
- Decision Made for Principal Applicant on ECAS - 26th April, 2019.

I am trying to sponsor my husband. He is a January 2018 applicant.
His application was sent to Delhi Visa Office in April 2018
Medical was done in March 2018
In July 2018, when I inquired about his application I received an email in August 2018 that his "application awaits an initial review in LONDON"
I never received any emails or letter for file transfer.
In October 2018, they requested more documents to be submitted. I resubmitted requested documents by end of November 2018.
Then on December 14, 2018 I received the Pre-arrival Service email
And on December 21, 2018 the requested 1 more document as they needed for background check.
Ever since, no updates
And on GCKey a lot of information is not updated.
Anyone with similar case?

If you don't mind can you please confirm that pre-arrival services should always be received before the BGC as in case My BGC is started since 11th of March 2019 as far as I can know from ECAS but the only letter I received is that they have moved my file to London VO and they have started processing my application all on the same date 11th of March.

- We sent Amr medical instructions on January 12, 2019. To avoid delays, please provide us with the information requested as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
