I believe it’s not compulsory mate. Because UNIPUNE now accepts only online filled transcript requests. And the only thing they need post online application are the self attested marksheets photocopies, paid challan and self Attestation declaration form.

I have sent the transcripts via Speed Post from the post office located in the university's campus. Its been 2 weeks now, but the tracking status still shows the package is at Toronto, and hasn't been delivered yet. Last update was on 9th of March.
I have faxed the photocopy of degree certificate, which has reached WES, and is currently under evaluation.

It will be fine. Packages get stuck in Customs sometimes, but it will be delivered soon.
Yeah, hope so. The thing is that package was cleared by customs within 2 days, but has been inbound to domestic delivery in Toronto for about a week now.
Anyway, I still have diploma documents to send as well, so this delay is not much of a concern for now.

I am also from Pune University, currently residing in Delhi and will go to university in order to post the transcripts from University Post Office.
I would like to ask that while posting the transcript through Speed Post do they ask your name or other details? If yes, then what should we say like- Controller of Examination Pune University?
Just want to be sure that WES does not come to know that it has been posted by individual himself.

No, the sender details (i.e. the Controller of Examination Pune University) is already printed on the sealed envelope that you receive from the university. There is no need to write any other details on the envelope. Just stick a print out stating the address of recipient (WES, in our case), and hand it over to the post office guy. He knows the procedure for posting ECA docs, so that won't be an issue.
I recently received acceptance mail from WES for my PU degree, so I can confirm this procedure is full-proof!

Thanks Prateek, I appreciate your response. So by print of WES address you mean that- I should take a print out of WES address and stick it on the envelope?
Should I write the Reference Number by pen or include it in address print out on top. Basically just want to make sure everything is OK and accepted.
Also has any of your friends evaluated MCM from WES or somewhere else as Masters?
Yes, include the WES address AND your WES reference number on the print out. The format is given on WES website.
Sorry but I do not know anybody who has done MCM evaluation.

Did you faxed the copy of your Bachelors degree to WES and then sent the Bachelor transcripts through the University?
