More than 60 days for visitor from 27 feb 2019

I have submitted all document along with originals passport of me and my 5 years old son on 26 feb 2019, as we need to visit my husband.

Its more than 60 days havent received any updated. I mailed to Consulate "

Which say's as as below

I haven't received any email giving the status of the application. I have also submitted the web form.

I applied on 27 Feb. After biometrics validation mail .since no response. Status is background checking .

Its show "We did not received the results of required medical exam. Check your medical exam request message for details"
We have done medical before bio-metric at Ruby hall clinic Pune on Feb 9. Also have no clue of the Message for details as haven't received any mail.
Please suggest

I was mine. I am continuously checking all email as well as Spam...Any ways if missed what can be done now?? Is there any alternative?

raise a query through a webform right away, explaining the situation. And to the local visa office explaining the same. But before that, get in touch with the place you got your meds done and ask them about the status.

Have checked with the hospital and they say reports were uploaded.

Then pls raise a CSE using IRCC webform asap explain everything, it allows 1500 characters, you need to be precise as well as informative.
