No, there is no ppr mail via your cic account. Its always a Email from IRCC with attachment.

I agree with you but we don't have any other option or just wait for PPR mail (hope you get soon)
No, there is no update for PPR email in your CIC account. They will send you PPR email with attachment.

Friends whose visa office was Accra have started getting PPR(s) while those that haven't are getting ADR(s) that lead to PPR(s).
