thankfully the agent i spoke to was nice and said it would certainly get done before that.even June-July would be fine..but September is so far,far away :( :(

Do not listen to much to the agents. they once told me that my application will be pushed to July. When I called next time, another agent told me that nowhere in my file was written such thing.
I don't know why they do that:/

Relax bro, they just should've mentioned these 10 months as a real timeline. In this case, people who get PPR during 180 days would be extremely happy :)
Don't worry, you'll definitely get it in couple of months. If you were under SS, the agent wouldn't have told you that you are to get your PPR by September.

true...given the trends, getting the PPR before 180 days seems quite an achievement

I think they just want you not to frequently call them

Quite possibly because they have no logical explanation for why stacks of applications are left untouched for several months and even less knowledge of when these applications will be processed.

My agent mumbled something about July 11th on the phone with me, it was like he picked that date out of a tombola machine, I took that to mean "Don't call us until notified by the website".

Hmm maybe.. Who knows.. But the important thing is that they are probably lying, we just don't know the real reason behind it. So we should not worry
