OK, so here the thing. I was reading some of the landing interviews. And I guess when you land, they ask you if you have a criminal record. Having a criminal record makes you inadmissible. Now. We were denied or spouse sponsorship due to crimality, but after applying for a record suspension, we won our appeal on H&C. Our Case was reopened and are now in bgc, with ss hopefully ending soon., but haven't received a decision yet on the record suspension. What happens when we land (inshallah) and they see he still has a record, if they still haven't made a decision, or they deny the application? Can they still refuse him entry even if he was approved by CIC and got copr?
