Hi everyone..just wondering if any one of you have come across this. I sent a webform regarding my application.
Sa rcvd bio and medical done and passed in march.
The inquiry was for where my current app is and will it transferred
The response i got from webform was following:
“pleased to inform you that everything appears to be in order with the application.
All the required documents and information have been received by the responsible office for the moment.
The next step in the process will be to make a final decision in regards to the application. Rest assured that we will communicate with you once a decision has been reached in your file.”
I called them yesterday, my file is still stuck in Sydney. They said it will be transferred to Local visa office in the near future but they can’t tell when . It’s been more than two months now since medical passed.Did you call again?
Did they at least tell you that what they have been doing with your file at Sydney?I called them yesterday, my file is still stuck in Sydney. They said it will be transferred to Local visa office in the near future but they can’t tell when . It’s been more than two months now since medical passed.
I will update as soon as we hear something from them.
My application was transferred to NDVO on March 26, 2019 after sitting in Mississauga for over a month and there has been no update since then. I have seen applications being transferred to NDVO after 5-6 months as well. It is a good thing that they transferred it without wasting much time.PA from India - November 1st application received.
Cleared medical in March and then on 2nd April, I received an email from IRCC Mississauga stating my file will be transferred to NDVO - New Delhi Visa Office.
Yesterday I see they have updated my ECAS stating :
We have started processing your application on 24th of April.
I haven't received any email about my background verification yet.
Amy idea how much more time it should take?
I am currently working and I have to serve 2 months of notice period.
If I foresee this coming by July I shall put down my papers now.
I tried but couldn't get through. Will try next week.Did you call again?

The average time in NDVO is 5-6 months (in the first 3-4 months it is usually silent). For one or two people NDVO has made a decision in 1-2 months. Let's hope they process our applications quickly.
Also, NDVO is famous for not replying to queries and not sending any acknowledgement as well. They have started processing your application in NDVO is a good sign though.
A lot of people say if NDVO has started processing your application, it can be considered as AOR2 and that is a good thing. Just hope they process it quickly.Thank you, and yes that's true I sent a web form it's been a month now to let them know that we haven't received any correspondence from them because it says on my husband's ECAS that the 'decision is made' and have sent some correspondence about the decision on March 2nd and we haven't received anything and they didn't even respond.
I guess I better wait Thanks and I wish you get your PPR very soon.

Thanks, yes I keep checking that too nothing changed on Gckey.A lot of people say if NDVO has started processing your application, it can be considered as AOR2 and that is a good thing. Just hope they process it quickly.
It could be possible you are seeing Decision Made on sponsor's side, while on the PA's side they are still processing the application. You can also check GCKey account for more details if you have the application linked. Otherwise, if you have a representative, then the chances are you representative is getting all the emails from IRCC.
NDVO reply to queries in 20-30 days if they think there is a need (if your application has passed the one year time or something went wrong), otherwise they will just ignore the queries.
Yes, if there is a representative they will be receiving all that.Hi
How come I am not receiving any emails????
My husband went through a REP. Will the lawyer be receiving all the notification????
So frustrating. After Medical I am still waiting.Frustrating
Any idea????
HIHi Amry
I am from Malaysia too. Is your application in SGVO?
