Biometric Instruction Letter not received for Visa Transfer

Ma'am Apologies..I made an error in the first post..

My Agent ( friend ) paid the Biometrics fees on my behalf ( with his card ) and I had mailed the payment receipt as a reply to the same email communication..
( back then I had not linked the Paper Application online )

I also couriered the payment receipt through VFS to IRCC in Bangalore

Was this the correct procedure?

Don't know If I am posting in right section but any help would be highly appreciated.
If someone is going through extreme depression and need her mom to visit as living alone is making situation worst , Is that wise to add this reason clearly in invitation letter? want to send letter but don't know should i add this reason to visit or not?

Not a good reason to invite the mother. I distinctly remember someone's mother was refused a number of times for the same reason (that lady was going through depression because of a bad relationship).... and even later her mom was refused for the lady's wedding.

IMO, it's best to keep it simple and invited the mom as a family visitor for general sightseeing and to spend time with the person

Can you please suggest me what documents should then I send her to make it strong, I am a student recently filed my divorcce application and living alone ? at this time i really need someone from my family for few months.

I was going through my Mails & IRCC had mailed me a receipt on 5th April.

The listed paid fees were
TRV ( 9428 ) - 1 No.
Biometrics per person ( 9200 ) - 1 No.

These I am assuming were for my mum who was a fresh applicant ( even her process is in stagnation )

Verification of Status ( 9465 ) - 1 No.

I remember VFS collecting money for what they considered as "Transfer Fees". ( which was 30 CAD )

Post this Communication I received the communication to pay my Biometrics fees.

Has VFS collected the Correct fees for my application?

If my application is being interpreted as a New TRV then the fees would have to be borne again.

1. If you've been asked to pay the biometric fees then you will get a BIL soon.

2. As for the status updates, 'We are reviewing your eligibility' means you can expect a decision soon

Good morning Ma'am..haven't received the BIL yet. I raised a query through the web form on 28th and sent a mail on 30th April as well reminding them that my scheduled date of travel to USA is 22nd May & then from there to Canada is 5th June. Attached my Flight Tickets again. However there is still no response.

Even my mother's application ( different reference number ) is stuck at Processing since 5th April. All her formalities were already completed on 5th April..

Please advise further course of action.

I ll receive my BIL after 48hours ...i booked an appointment for 17th june but get my biometric instruction letter on 17th june in evening ...so i just want to reschedule an appointment but it shows after 48hours .....how long it taken to reschedule an appointment
