BC PNP & PR 2019

Hi Guys,
I recently was approved for BC PNP and received a new work permit (restricted to my job) and I have submitted my PR paper application. Now, my issue is that my company is turning horrible and although I am grateful for their sponsorship, I just cannot stand to work another day there as it is ruining my happiness. I know I cannot work for another company but if I go back to Australia, will my PR still process? I want to leave this job so bad but I have already put so much effort into staying in Canada and I want to follow through with Permanent Residence. Any answers or thoughts would be appreciated.

Hi, can you please help with your timeline? I had a friend who waited till the PR processed and flew back to Australia a week later. My two cents, bear with it if you have already put in so much time, money and effort.
