Did your notes include anything about eligibility, such as "Bona fide relationship" etc? And did you order them before or after SA? ...just trying to figure out if it's worth getting mine as well.
Not at all. The officer who reviewed spr eligibility only just created the PA eligibility criteria and criminality and security criteria. On officer's notes only says SA was reviewed and Calgary will do reviews for PA. I ordered my notes 10 days after SA letter and I received them in 28 days.

I meant to say officer notes indicates only Sponsor application was reviewed in Winnipeg. The notes are clean.

I received a letter requesting further documents for my common-law partner. I am the sponsor. The IRCC Vancouver office is requesting the following:

1) Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) - You must declare your personal history and addresses from the age of 18 (not only the past 10 years)

2) IMM5562: Supplementary Information - Your Travels: You and your spouse must declare travel history from the age of 18 (not only the past 10 years)
I am 98% sure we completed IMM 5669 correct, but who knows. On the actual form it asks for details of your personal history since the age of 18, or the past 10 years, whichever is the most recent. Should I just follow the letter's instruction and give them details since age 18?

Also, is it normal for them to request IMM5562? As the sponsor do I need to complete Part B of IMM5562 for the spouse or common law section?

Lastly, is there a number I can call to specifically ask IRCC what was incorrect on the original IMM 5669 forms we sent?

Thank you!

Anybody has received any further update from the Montreal Hub office? I read on the June 2018 thread people in the same situation still waiting and apparently they have massive delays there (6/8 months from the moment they start processing).
Are you waiting for AIP?

hi Jay
I wrote to Honorable Ahmed Hussen but i simply got automated reply with some links they dont even look in matters i call cic call center as i am in almost 10th month of my processing and they yet not started my BGC and ppl from oct 2018 are getting interview calls really montreal hub is bad at service
I sent another email after about a week asking if they were going to address any of the issues being experienced at the Montreal Innovation Hub that I noted in my previous email. Someone from his office replied a few hours later, it was full of canned responses, but at least I know it got some attention. If we keep bugging them about it, then perhaps they will actually take action.

My fear is that medicals will no longer be acceptable (they are only valid for 1 year), and some people may encounter other issues, such as expiring work permits.

It makes no sense, they started processing November applications but they won't get to ours?
Based on the current trend, people who apply right now have a better chance of getting approval before we do. How is that fair?
