Anyone can help with this?Hello all ,
I have RR in my eligibility, agent cut off 40 points for my Canadian experience as per GCMC note.
Now firstly, I did work from agency for 3 months then same company hire me as full time.on experience letter my HR clearly mentioned 3 months period from agency and on 2nd letter she mentioned my company working duration. I did not put any letter from agency as my HR mention every thing on company letterhead
Secondly, I put 3 paystub from agency 2 paystub from company and 1 current pay stub at the time I submitted my file, all duration has different pay on it as they increase my pay after 3 months they hire me, but on the job letter my HR mention only current pay at that time they were giving me
Now I am not sure what they are reviewing on my file.i am still with the same company and they promote me after I applied,
What should I do now my AOR 4Oct
Congratulations broHello Everyone,
I received the PR yesterday. Here's my timeline:
AOR - 6th October, Single applicant
NOC - 1111
IP2 - Feb 28th
Eligibility had Review Required. Received additional document request (Form IMM 5406) on April 13th, uploaded on 15th. ADR status changed to NA on 16th and received a remedical request same day because it was going to expire towards the end of June.
Medicals passed on April 22nd and PPR email on 24th. I also received my GCMS notes few hours before the PPR email which showed eligibility was flagged for a couple of reasons -
- Job duties not matching NOC
- 6 months bank statement not there for POF although the POF amount was well above the threshold
No document requested for either of these.
This forum has kept me calm in this long wait. Thank you everyone and I pray that each of you receives the golden email soonest!!
Nothing really. I did not know the reason for RR until the day I received PR because i received GCMS notes the same day. I had sent some employment document and bank statement for one of the banks where I maintain an FD (with an amount more than the requirement) in Feb. RR from notes was for the other bank.Congratulations bro
I have RR to on my file . AOR 4 oct
Did you do anything after you found RR on your file?
I don’t what to do

Thanks for the kind words and Congrats on the PPR! My application is also at Ottawa too. What i know from a call i made in like February, was that i passed my eligibility ( Hope no senior case officer says he or she wants to have a recheck, lol). Keeping my fingers crossed!Keep your hopes up! I'm AOR Oct 7th as well, just yesterday my PR was approved. At the moment I'm waiting for the CoPR letter to arrive home.
Im inland and didnt receive any adr so faar but what is RCMPHello guys! Do you know if all inland applicants get an ADR (i.e. RCMP background check) or only some of them?
I got RCMP check ADR but only for my dependent. So I would guess that if I was single applicant there would have been no ADR for me.Hello guys! Do you know if all inland applicants get an ADR (i.e. RCMP background check) or only some of them?
