CSE takes at least 3-4 working days to process. i too raised it yesterday on completion of 6 months.

Probably less than 50% and looks like cic does'nt give a about rest of the files

Keep your hopes up! I'm AOR Oct 7th as well, just yesterday my PR was approved. At the moment I'm waiting for the CoPR letter to arrive home.

Immitracker is showing 58%. Immitracker will likely underestimate as PPRs may not bother to update their records. So Id be more optimistic rather than pessimistic (unless one has another way to quantify that is more accurate than the estimate on immitracker).

With December and January being partial months for IRCC due to the christmas holidays, it is natural that there is a delay for Oct, Nov, Dec and Jan submissions. But they will overcome the backlog and deliver PPRs on schedule soon, if they are not back on track already.

Keep calm and carry on. All shall be well.
