If you will have all your documents by February ending, apply as soon as possible..even if it is the next day. Your agent is wrong...the earlier the better your chances
Thank you brother. And what about medicals? I have to submit medicals with my study visa file OR i have to wait for embassy call for medical?

For SDS you need medicals before itself. For General you don't need to do medicals before submitting but better to do the medicals and submit.

Ideally as soon as possible. You don't want to be in Canada without status which will expire in april.

Better to wait for your co-op permit to come first and then apply for a study permit extension after that. You have ample time to do so in that case.

If by study visa you mean the TRV, then I believe it's a seperate extention with seperate charges.

Hi , I have an offer from two colleges but one of them wants an reply by day after . If I accept this offer what happens to the other offer as I still need some more time to decide between the two .Can I accept this and then decline later . Would the offer from the other college still stay as I have to reply to them by the end of April . Please advise . Thanks
If you accepted the offer, then until you pay the fees, they will not confirm your seat. You can accept both offers, however, obviously you will only pay your fees to one college. Once the due date for the fees payment will pass your seat will be taken and given to someone else. Some colleges like Humber allow you to decline the offer once you have accepted it though I have obviously not tried that. It will only be bad morally, the fact that you are talking a seat in a college where you are not going to attend. Other than that you can accept the offer and if you don't like the college, you can just not pay the fees and your seat will be revoked.

Thanks , I just need about 10-15 more to decide .Its just that I had heard that if u accept from one college ,then you are automatically dropped from the other .
No, how is that possible, they are both different colleges; they don't share data. Unless you are using an agent and or a website that has such a rule.

I need suggestion. I received offer letter for January 2020 intake. Is it ok to lodge file so early??
You can surely Apply too early but from my knowledge it is better to apply after 31st Aug 2019 for Jan 2020 intake. All the VO's busy with Sep 2019 applicants now.
