It hanged up on me! after being on hold for awhile. The automated one says they have not started my eligibility. They are still processing my Background check. Doesn't let me speak to an agent because of high volume of calls they are getting. Anyways what i'm going to do is to call them tomorrow early in the morning cause I think thats the best time for me to get in touch with an agent. I kinda feel bad that my eligibility has taken this long to start...will find out tomorrow morning when I call.
