Please provide the correct way of contacting IRCC thru web form.

I need to change my Martial status from "Married" to " Divorce". Please tell me which option should I choose from " TYPE OF APPLICATION/ENQUIRY". There are many option their but nothing like change in Personal Circumstances.

Hi All,

Need some help, I have uploaded my wife PCC using IRCC Webform and yesterday (9/27) I recieved mail, we have recieved your document and send to the responsible office for consideration.

Question - How much time now it will take the documnet to be in my profile? My Backgrond check is in progress and cic asked for RCMP and open a link to upload the document.

Question - Can i use the RCMP upload link to add my wife PCC as well or shall i wait? what to do?

Hi, I raised a query using web form and received this response today

‘We verified the information you provided and can confirm that a decision has been made on the application. Rest assured that the responsible office will contact you by mail or email to provide you with that decision.’

My AOR is 1st june 2018
IP2 - 16th Oct

Can somebody suggest how long it will take to receive the decision email?

Even I am in the same boat where I need to update my status from single to married. But I am unable to find any option to inform this status change. Did you find any luck in contacting them?

Hi,

After receiving my CoPR and PR visa I had raised a CSE on 11th Dec for updating my marital status (my spouse is a Canadian PR holder) and attached all relevant documents in the CSE. I received an automated reply from CSE. The next day I called up CIC and asked the agent to put in a remark in the case to expedite the process, if possible. The same day I received below email from CIC.

I assumed from the content of the email that the case was being reviewed by an officer. However there were no other updates until 6th Jan when I got an email informing that my application has been updated. I logged in to my CIC account and noticed that my PR application had moved to In review from Approved status. I called up CIC and the agent informed me that my PR visa and CoPR have been cancelled and my CSE would be reviewed. However I have still not received any explicit communication from CIC regarding the cancellation or any further instructions from them

Since my spouse is a Canadian PR holder residing in Canada, I had assumed that my PR visa and CoPR would not be cancelled since my spouse didn't have to be added to my application.
Could some one please guide me on the next steps. What is the sequence of events/ communications I can expect from here on?

The reason mentioned is that the dates of PCC in one of the countries I was in are not matching .sadly I didn't provide an explanation as to why is it that way.

I have raised a CSE and made a LOE, uploaded it, but haven't received any confirmation email / communication from IRCC...

What are the chances that my case would be reopened? Anybody has prior experience of a similar situation ?

Hello, My first application too was cancelled for the same reason. Even after raising a CSE they did not re-open the case. They are very particular about PCC's. BTW, I ended up creating a new EE profile.

Did you receive an email about the file being returned or did you find it through other way?

I got this message n confused why I have to contact them...they already fowarded to the visa officer...

Hii,my husband applied for open work permit. And medical is also submitted but medical is not updated by embassy. I also filled a web form and got a reply from CSC that we received your e medical documents forwarded to responsible officer. What is the meaning of this mail like medical is updated or not ??.
