The notes I ordered on 10th March showing CIC has NOT started my application. Damn!! It’s been 14 months now!!

Same here. It’s been 2 weeks for the application received status . I hope we get our medical soon .

Does every case need to transfer to other visa office?you is inland applicant,where can be transfer to?

idk， but I know most of applicant will have secondary office. My notes shows my secondary office is Ottawa. but I do not know if it was transferred to there or not. Just heard people said this status change means it has been transferred to a local office, not sure if local means secondary either.

I also order my note on Feb 16 19,nothing started,my secondary office also CPC-Ottawa.but my status never change to AR,still is in process.
