Does XXX have a job offer in Canada?

Hi guys,

I'm going through my e-APR and wondering what should I answer to the question Does XXX have a job offer in Canada? under the Intended work in Canada section considering that:

• I've been working for my Canadian employer for less than a year.
• My current position is under NOC 2174 and doesn't require LMIA due an international trade (NAFTA).
• I do have a job offer from the employer.
• I have an open work permit, so the employer isn't listed in it.

Will appreciate a lot your thoughts on this.

Answer would be "no" - you do not have a valid job offer and you are not entitled for the 50 points for having one.

Appreciate your answer @DelPiero07 I guess that's because my open work permit doesn't list my employer? Or is there any other reason?
