My wife has been stuck in interview queue since medical had passed in Sept.

The posted 12 months starts from the day IRCC receives the app.

Canuck is right....it start when IRCC receives your app...

So going from that you are closing on your 12 months...i think you call them about your app

when I emailed Singapore VO and they told me it will be counted at AOR2.

So going from that you are closing on your 12 months...i think you call them about your app

We cant do much though because we are being stuck in interview queue. If you have been placed in interview the processing time could be more than 12 months.

I got my AOR2 today...

AOR1 on dec 21 2018
DM on March 26 2019
Transfer to VO on april 5 2019
AOR2 on april 24 2019

The process starts when you get your AOR1 and counts as day 1 out of 365 or less

well, AOR1 or AOR2 really doesnt matter to me, the major key is time and patient.

Again, it starts the day that IRCC receives the app, not AOR.
