I don't know if there's a difference in processing times for Dual Intent and just Work Permit LMIAs.

My employer agreed to apply for LMIA. They have requested for many docs including application for work permit forms and employer reference letters. I'm now confused if they are applying for LMIA or work permit? What are the docs needed for LMIA ?

Yes, basically your application will be considered for 10-day processing if your position is a Skilled Trade or if your wage is within the top 10% in your area of prospective work.

Once you get file number they are working on file .

Here is my timeline:
Application submitted: Jan. 25 (St. John)
File #: Feb. 8
Interview call: Feb. 18
Additional documents/information requested: Feb. 18
Requested documents/information submitted: Feb. 22
Email receipt confirmation by ESDC officer: Feb. 26
Result: Pending
Do you guys have any idea what is taking them so long to make a decision?!

Apparently they sent it to the wrong address that's why we never received it.
