USA PCC validity and relevance

Hi all,
I was in USA on H1B for about 3 years and came back to India on 2nd Dec 2018 for good and will not be going back anytime soon. Before coming I had got my FBI PCC done on 24thNov 2018
I got my ITA in the last round. My question is, is my FBI PCC valid or do I need to get it done again?

Your PCC should be done after you came back to India i.e., 2nd Dec.

You've to get it done again.
