Hi guys,
when I created my EE profile (last year), my work experience was as a Lawyer in my home country, so I chose NOC 4112 (lawyer - Class A). It's been a year and 2 days before my profile expiration date, I got the ITA for Canadian Experience Class.
The big problem is that I came to Canada to change my profession and during this year I got 1 year experience as a Chef (NOC 6321 - Class B) and the points I got for Canadian experience is in this new NOC (chef).
Could you help me with these 3 questions:
1) I received the ITA and the system allows me to change my primary occupation NOC; Should I change the primary NOC on my application to PR or should I just leave it the way it is and keep going with my application?
2) Do you guys think the visa officer might think I am trying to manipulate the points?
3) Should I decline and redo my EE profile with the new NOC?
