I have a question regarding an open work permit .. how much time is required and can the agent in Canada do this for you?

You need to provide more information given there are various options for people applying for work permits.

Do you have a job offer supported by an employer sponsored LMIA ? Are you applying along side a spouse study permit ?

As for an agent be aware there are many so called agents promising jobs and permits in Canada, not all of them are genuine so be aware of scams.

yeah, one of the agent in Canada promises me that he will send me the invitation letter for an open work permit .. is he true or not he ask me for documents first now he is telling you will get the email from the embassy that your documents reached to Dubai embassy.
Then I will pay him after that he will send me the invitation letter so I m confuse that he is genuine or not

That sounds like it is a scam. You should not be paying an agent for a job offer.

can you please check attached file which I received and my agent told me to check your email that you have received from embassy so can you please check

Post the letter here. No genuine agent will ask you to pay for an offer letter. If you pay, you will find out sooner or later the offer letter was fake and you will have your visa revoked.
