May I know from where you got the information about course validation for CSQ in Quebec ? It would be great if you can assist.CIC and not college provides pgwp. Check the link shared above.
For PR in Quebec you need csq for which CDI college courses are not eligible.
Choose a public college in Quebec if you are serious about csq, PR and career

Spot on Selvakk. I guess you meant Herzing instead of Heritage college. Aviron tech, La Salle are other colleges imparting their courses in English.https://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/immigrate-settle/students/stay-quebec/application-csq/students-peq/diploma-eligible.html
The Québec diplomas eligible under the PEQ are:
A lot of people go to Quebec because a lot of the private colleges there offer LOA's with 5.5 IELTS band score. Many of their courses give PGWP but you will not be able to get PR as a Quebec student graduate. Also many private colleges do not have that great of recognition in Canada.
- Bachelor’s degree (university undergraduate)
- Master’s degree (including an MBA)
- Doctorate
- Diplôme d’études collégiales techniques (DEC – Diploma of college studies, technical training)
- Diplôme d’études professionnelles (DEP – Diploma of vocational studies) attesting to 1,800 hours or more of study
- Diplôme d’études professionnelles (DEP – Diploma of vocational studies) followed by an attestation de spécialisation professionnelle (ASP – Attestation of vocational specialization) attesting to a minimum of 1,800 hours of continuing education and leading to a particular trade
If you want to seriously study the you have to go for a public college or University. For english colleges your choices are limited. You have Dawson college, Vanier college and Heritage college. The bigger universities are McGill, Concordia and Bishop's. The only other alternative is to join one of Quebec's French CGEP's , However you will need to know french to a very proficient level to apply, since most CGEP's are French except the three colleges I mentioned above.
There is an actual Heritage college. It is the only english college in Western Quebec http://www.cegep-heritage.qc.ca/. Technically speaking La Salle is a private subsidized college, which while privately owned do get subsidies from the Quebec government http://www.ceec.gouv.qc.ca/institutes/private-subsidized-colleges/. Not sure what Aviron tech or Herzing are though.Spot on Selvakk. I guess you meant Herzing instead of Heritage college. Aviron tech, La Salle are other colleges imparting their courses in English.
Without French it's difficult to get csq and in turn PR in Quebec. Except IT and call centre jobs getting jobs without French proficiency is difficult.
Also avoid private college as their reputation is nil among employers.
Hope this helps

I am happy to learn french, and I like Montreal what with it's cheap rents compared to Toronto, but I did not find any good courses offered in Marketing that were in English. So, I chose to apply for colleges in Toronto despite the higher living cost. For business I would personally study french and go to HEC montreal, but I feel that I would not be comfortable being in a new country and learning in a new language as well.
My course comes under AEC AND its duration is more than 900 hrs...i checked out even i confirmed with my other frnds who are already there...so i can get pgwp..

Guidelines in the link below but basically if your course completion letter indicates 2 years then upto 3 years. If the letter implies 20 months then 20 months.Hi,
I have enrolled in CDI Montreal in Web Design Course - 20 months course duration. Can anyone please tell me how much work permit I will get after completing the studies. Prompt responses will be highly appreciated.
