what does it say on the note regarding medical? there should be several dates on it.

There are the date updated and the valid date which is pretty soon. There is no indication that it is extended. But I ordered the note a while ago so thing may have changed. All I am hoping for is that things move smoothly so I don’t need an extension. But as IRCC changed the processing time from 19month to 20 month now, I am worried.

Okay, if I were you I would prepare to get another medical done, if the valid date is close . for us December ones , we are looking at August for that 20 months.

Dont worry, it will be extended for you. Since you did not do it Upfront

I do not want to get it done when it is not even requested yet. I want to believe that there still is hope that I may get DM or PPR before the expiration date.

relax , I am not saying get it done right now especially since you haven't received a MR yet. just prepare for the worst and hope for the best , that's all. hope we all get our results soon .

okay, let's assume that you have already have a GCkey account and you have already linked your paper based application to your account . just log into your account and find that PR application , and in it you will see the progress bar.

from your post it seems your account haven't been updated yet . it's an actual bar we are talking about . it shows how much time have passed since they received your application and approximately how many weeks are left
