Hi,

I'm in the USA with an H1-B visa and have Canadian PR too. I'm not living in Canada and not earning anything over there.

I'm paying USA taxes from the past 5 years.

Am I supposed to pay anything taxes for Canada?

Just want to clarify that you have no other links to Canada like owning a home, having investments, etc. If none of those then you don’t have to file taxes.

I live in Canada on PR but work for a US employer on H1B. I travel for work to US once a month. Last year it was less than 180 days. How should I file the US taxes - As a Resident or Non-resident of US?
Also, My W2 and LCA shows US address. Not sure if that causes any issue!
Could someone please explain?

You are actually a resident of Canada.
