Yes this is the standard message you get at first, then after a few days, you may receive a message saying that the files and message have been forwarded. But not always.
But the most important thing is that you uploaded the document, and it will be attached to your file. It just needs to be reviewed by the agent/officer assigned to your case.

Can we call an IRCC agent to confirm or maybe do you have a number for outside canada

A few days should be 10 working days. But it varies a lot.
Yes of course, you can call an agent to confirm they received the document and that it has been well added to your file.
Number is: +1 (613) 944-4000

You'll have to navigate through the menu until you get the option to speak to an agent. Have your personal info ready, as you'll need it to verify your identity (DOB, Phone Number, Address...etc). Waiting queue is approximately 30-45 minutes. Note however that these agents are just a call center and have no take in the processing of your application. They can only give you basic info.

For privacy law reasons, they won't be able to tell you anything if your file is currently being processed at a processing center outside Canada.

Hello, I received a reply yesterday saying that they received my documents and they have been forwarded to the office for their consideration.
So, in my case, it took 3 working days to have a proper response.

I received the ITA on November 29, 2018 and submitted the application on December 29, 2018. A few days after the submission I realized that I made the following mistake: uploaded only the legalized translations of (1) my police certificate, (2) my husband's police certificate, (3) marriage certificate and (4) my 2 children birth certificates, without uploading the original documents which are in Arabic language.
What should I do now? Is there any way I can fix this issue? What are the chances of getting rejected for this reason?
PS.I have all the original Arabic documents available, in case they require them.

Did you receive anything ? Normally, the first mail is automatic & you have to wait 3 to 5 days to receive a proper e-mail saying that your additional documents has been attached to you your application.

Yes, I got the MEP 44 days after AOR. The CSE did its job in my case.

I did all of that.
I suspected the e-mail spelling which made me do it a second time and I took extra care to ensure there were no mistakes but no difference still.

I have, it's empty.
I just found out that I'm not the only one facing this problem. I can only hope it gets sorted out soon.
