My dear fellow August 2018 applicants. By the grace of the almighty I have got my ppr. It came in my cic account as a request letter. So don’t get confused if u don’t get it in an email . Thi confusion killed some of my excitement so don’t be the victim of this confusion
I hope u all will receive it soon.

Like u guys I too got into the abyss of SS but unfortunately came out of it relatively quick. It took in my opinion 4 months for it to be completed and after that 11 days for ppr. Hang tite as ur ppr May be on its way who know may be tomorrow

When did you have your medicals done before getting AOR? Also when did your SS start?

Around 20 days before aor got my meds done .. in second week of august .. aor was 3rd sept and security screening started mid nov

How could your SS start in Aug if your AOR is in Sept?

Well raise CSE and ask them why they want you to redo medicals. But good news, your SS is complete. I'm waiting for mine too. Looks like all mid Nov SS people are seeing some movement.

others seeing ghost updates and remedical requests.

this means Biometrics applicants SS is getting processed sooner then previous trends

I can only say about myself: July applicant, SS started at the end of Oct, haven't received PPR yet

Unfortunately when I submitted my application in July I was not required to submit biometrics... I wish I had to
