I think it depends on the officer who processes your application but don't be worry MR is only needed before you land. I saw some cases that they got PPR right after MR

As per our WHATSAAP group, November 2018 AOR applicant received medical request ( visa office is hong kong), he is said that today around 60-70 applicants received medical request (January- November 2018 AOR)

Most probably that is already a true PPR since you already passed your Medicals and accomplished your ADR. Ecas is where you check whether a decision has been made another way of checking application status aside from GCKey. These days as I observe, Ecas gets updated first to decision made and after few days or a week your Gckey will be updated to application approved. You need your passport to be valid at least 6 months before submitting to VFS for visa stamping... Congrats isreyes! May i know your timeline?

And what were requirements with rprf letter .i passesd my medical exam on 12 march .and also paid rprf .my bg is in process from 12 to till now .

You don't have to create an account. Just open this link: https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do and enter your application details and it should lead you to your profile. Just check if you see "Decision Made" Let me know if you need help
