Yes, as long as you have your Immigrant Visa and your CoPR you can enter by any commercial transport - air, land, or sea.

Hahah that's very true! I didn't think of that... I've never taken a train or a bus to Canada.

Still, OP will be a PR and can legally get a very expensive cab ride to Toronto or wherever

Guys, I'll be doing this tomorrow. I was turned away last week due to it being the 4th of July and everyone having their hands full.
