Payment not received (paystub shows paid) | what are my options

Hello everyone,

I have a problem and I need help please what I should do if I got an (Online paystub) from the company that I'm working for showing that I got paid but I didn't get the payment in my bank account for the past 2 months and I spoke with the manager but still didn't get any money on my bank account.

The manager said he committed a mistake he add the money to other employee.

Every time I try ask for my check he says you will get it next week it's the third time still nothing...
But I'm getting my other checks regularly only one is missing what I should do I want my one month money back please guide me.

Yes, by Direct Deposit to my bank account.

I'm getting the payments... only one month I didn't get paid.
I spoked with manager he promised to pay but he didn't.
The other payments I'm getting them.
Only one month is missing.
I'm waiting for 2 months.

Does your employer have an HR? Is it small business? You should talk to your manager / owner and get this sorted out amicably. It could be a honest mistake and the manager might be trying to sort it out.
