Dependant child landing issue

My accompanied daughter and I are landing soon this month ,during her stay in Canada attitude went from bad to worst , you know teenagers but my fiancé is having a change of mind to sponsor her , we talk to her tried so many interventions with no positive results , reach a decision to send her back home , teaching our kids about life values and to set a better future for them . Choose your friends wisely "I'll leave it like that "

What will happen at the landing interview if my fiancé,decides to only sponsor me and refuse to sign for my daughter , will the application be put under red flags.


Another way we thinking to get her landing ,let the school term finish here ,hold on to her PR card , send her back home and when she realizes the betterment what Canada could have given her in so many ways , then maybe she can return.

Be careful. Legally, you may not have the right to withold the PR card from her. It's issued by the Canadian Government to her, and her alone. Maybe discuss it with a competent immigration lawyer first.

Your daughter must be included in the application. She can be changed to non-accompanying - but she cannot be excluded from the application.

And you shouldn't plan to do that at the landing interview. You need to update IRCC ahead and so they can update your COPR.

If your fiance refuses to sponsor her at this point, it is s no simple matter. You would have to request that she be excluded from the app, which would mean you would never be able to sponsor her. As you have custody, I seriously doubt IRCC would even allow the exclusion. If he refuses to continue with her included, your app will be refused.

Or you listen to what everyone has already told you and change her to non-accompanying, which will have no effect on the app.
