I was planning on calling next week but couldn't wait so went with it today.

I got a pretty good agent and he was super helpful. So my application is currently in queue for review by an officer. Unfortunately, he can't provide a date when my file will be reviewed.

Not sure if this means my file is waiting to be picked up by an officer? Or I'm marked RR?

Also, when I asked him about why my application estimated completion date is pushed to June 11. He said it is not and it is still under 6 months processing time. He went on to explain that June 11 is not the date for the estimated completion date but rather a timeline by which I should receive an email about my application. If I do not receive one by then, I can give them a call and the agent will put forward a request email to the responsible office for an update on my application.

Could be RR, could also not be. You need to order GCMS notes if you want to know.

Agent said I had passed all the stages and file is transferred to final visa officer last week.
What does that mean?? My application is approved already or visa officer will also check something again or give approval directly
My AOR is 24 th oct
Medical passed 24th Nov
IP2 - 14 December
And called cic yesterday and got the above Info

If your agent is correct, then only thing left is for your local visa office to issue PPR. PPRs are usually issued in batches, so when the next batch is issued you will get PPR

3rd November AOR, no IP2. How do we appeal? from the MyCIC or a different eamil?

I Think you should contact a lawyer Mark Holthe may be a good option.You can speak to him first about your problem

Medical passed- Dec 6
Ghost update- Jan 6
Background check start- Apr 10

Guys,

I have been following the post but haven't posted anything yet. Noticed some movement so thought of posting in the interest of others.

FSW(O) - NOC 1112
AOR - Nov 1st
MEP - Dec 3rd
So Called BG IP1 - Since Medical Passed
GCMS Notes Ordered - Feb 8th
New Born Daughter (Feb 12th) added to the application - Feb 25th and Documents Submitted on March 5th (Passport and Medicals)
GCMS Notes Received - March 10th but nothing started as per the notes and File is at Ottawa
Medicals Passed Again - March 9th
Raised CSE twice but nothing concrete received. Last one was sent on April 1st.
So Called BG IP2 - After a Ghost update changed to IP2 on April 11th (Today). No email received only profile updated.

Hoping for a PPR soon and best to all.

i think that's ip2 i have been waiting for so long...
i hope i do not get any adr at this stage...

i also called cic last night...she asked me to call again on may 6 if nothing happens...

Congratulations I also got a second ghost update today morning. I can't check my emails as its my consultant's mail Id placed in EE. Yest I checked with him, he said no email yet. Praying to get PPR email soon and get a call from my consultant. He is the messenger of God for me
