Landing letter received April 10
Appointment May 16

I got landing interview letter as well for May 15th.. Finally!!

The only things I need to figure out is my old and expired Study Permits which I can't recall where they are..

I think they are only asking for valid permits and visas...you are all good...no one keep expired stuff...

I was wondering the same thing but it states in the letter


Current and expired Temporary Resident documents issued by IRCC
These include work permits, study permits & visitor records

I just contacted ircc today and they said that they have already sent me a landing invitation on april 04 but since its my consultant's email address , i couldn't get it. I tried contacting my consultant today and he said he never got any mail. I m so scared now what's happening. is it normal or is he lying? I have already been waiting for so long for this

Tell him to check spam or trash folder. Why would cic lie? U should ask ur consultant to check all the folders again.

Sometimes you don't get an email but the letter gets directly uploaded to your (or his in your case) MyCIC/GCKey. So tell him to log in and check your account files in the same place where your MR was uploaded.

Our appointment was at 10am, we arrived around 9:50. They saw us 10am precisely. We were done and out by 10:15.
I then went to Service Canada to get my new SIN, and that also took about 10 minutes.

Yes. It was very busy (no free seats) and I was expecting to wait. But they saw us as scheduled at 10am for my landing. So I guess they have different waits for different things.
