Hi

Just got off the phone with CIC

So my criminality is clear and my background and eligibility haven't even started yet! They're saying that all applications at CPC Ottawa are delayed and to contact them if I don't get anything till 25th July, whereas estimated shows 3rd June!

I'm AOR 3rd Dec from Pakistan. Medical cleared 12 Jan.

Please advise @USProgrammer And anyone else who can help

So I called about 3 weeks ago and got the update that my application was at Cpc Ottawa, medical cleared, criminality cleared, security and eligibility hadn't started. I called up again about 8 days ago, and still the same. Does anyone have any idea of when I should be expecting it to be cleared? Entered the 10 weeks period

Same here. Mine is dec 5th AOR. Med passed on 17th Jan. Criminality passed while security and eligibility are still pending. They told me when I called them today and had said the same thing when I called them mid- March.

Same here too. My case is also CEC and 5th AOR. I called mid-March. Eligibility was pending, security not started.

I am a bit worried about my ref letter with regards to whether it has any copy paste factors or not.
I have wordings from the noc that are the same in my letter. Like install, design, maintain, test, supervise, electrical components, electrical networks, operation standards.
An example is as below
Examining and investigating any electrical components malfunctions or electrical system/s failures, as part of the post-installation support serviceand taking the necessary action/s in order to rectify it in accordance with the authorizations provided to perform the task from the client, and from SGCC.

Noc task

• Investigate electrical or electronic failures

Another update - The application status changed to 'Application Approved' in the portal after our passports were received last week by CIC. Can anyone share experience of how long did it take for CIC to return passports. Thanks in advance!

Did you get any letter after the application was updated in IRCC's website? I'm in a similar boat, the passports were received by CPC Ottawa, my application got approved in IRCC website about a week ago and since then it has been radio silence, my return tracker isn't activated, I haven't received any letter accompanying the visa or anything at all . I'm in Canada , so I'm not sure what will be the next steps here

Nothing really, besides that Organizations and Entities portion. I've seen some people saying that it shows up when in Security step, but unsure.
But this is the situation of 15/02/2019, when I ordered the first set of GCSM.

I've ordered a new set of notes, to see how everything is progressing. Now I have to wait another 30-45 days to get them...
Entered the 10 week countdown.

Me as well, 10 weeks started on Tuesday.

I guess this R10 recommended pass is the eligibility right? Not sure but if it is, it is an important step.

My file doesn't have activity since Feb 1st, I access daily and never saw Ghost Updates whatsoever. I ordered GCMS notes when we completed 100 days of waiting, so I guess it should come around 130 days, in 19 days from today... Hopefully will get the Golden Mail before the Notes, let's see
