Dear Friends,
There is another situation people want to be replied by satisfactorily answer.
I want to ask experts that if, someone just got protected with positive decision from IRB can move to other province to apply for PR? The reason is if family finds difficulty to integrate in french society because of language barriers as well as future growth aspects.

The PR process usually takes 2-3 years of time So, in order to save that time on education or any other upgradation to further enhance the skills. Does it have a negative impact on your PR application? or Is this not feasible or ineligible to apply for PR in other province ?

Your answers will be highly appreciated

Thanks. Is it official what you have stated? I heard that you cant move until you receive PR cards from the province you applied asylum? I also heard that most of the time you loose your letters and documents due to the address change as many times Immigration send you documents on previous addresses though you changed it.

Yes that's official. You can move whenever you want, just make sure you notify them. When applying for your PR make sure you include your email, if you put in your email then all communication from IRCC will be sent to your email. Also, you can always call them and double check with them that your address had been updated.
Cheers!

Would do your research. Cost of rent is much lower in Quebec than many other areas of the country. You could easily pay 2-3 times more a month. Yhings like car insurance and daycare are also substantially higher.
