The company will have a seal or stamp right? Request them to apply that, if they are issuing on a plain paper. If it's on a letter head or computer generated, stamps or not required. As per bank statements, did your friend received salary by cash or direct deposit? If cash, then request company to provide you a salary certificate, where they say you were paid by cash. If direct deposit, you can get it from the bank directly. Form 16 docs are fine, and the company should have provided this doc.. so this covers the returns part..
Send multiple CSE's or emails if the size is more,.. I don't see any problem if you cannot send everything at once. Break it up and send multiple CSE's or emails..take second opinion from others too.. for confirmation..1. Bank statements we can get and yes we know the credit in statements will say “By Salary” as it is direct deposit.
2. The company issued form 16 for every year but not sure we will be abke to find them all for 7 years. Trying to find them orelse will try to request the conpany to issue duplicate copies.
Company will be able to give you old form 16 docs as well. It shouldn't be a problem
3. Problem is for salary slips, they are on plain papers. The company never sign and stamps them. They say we can issue you a fresh salary certificate.
Submit the plain paper pay slips, but also get a salary certificate and if possible bona fide employment certificate for your entire employment from 2011 to till date.. it adds more weight.. In the salary certificate, they can mention about pay slips part...
4. Next challenge would be conpress 200 page file to just 3-4 MB size.

My friend ( Nov 12 AOR) has recieved additional document request just now, the request says to submit :
1. Pay stubs, income tax statements from 2011 to 2018
2. Bank statements from 2013 to 2018 showing salary deposits.
We do not know how to dig out for 7 years old documents. Especially pay stubs and bank statements. We are trying to gather as much documents as possible.
Lets say we gather it and the document will be of atleast 200 pages as 7 years pay stubs are equivalent to 84 pages.( 12 pay stubs per year) and then bank statements for 6 years.
Any advice on this would be appreciated.
Provide for all years they have asked. More is always better, even if the requirement states 3 years. People get rejected for silly reasons such as NOC mismatch, don't give the VO any reason to reject your application.Provide documents for atleast recent 3 years work exp. Obviously, more the better in your friend's case. Also, do you know the VO?
Hello same was requested from me even I attached everything intially with my application but still they asked for sane documents again. Just provide them what they asked.We did not provided payslips earlier as they were not required. We submitted the reference letter containing job title, position, duties, working hours and salary details on letterhead signed by HR head.
The bank statements were also not submitted because we used single Fixed deposit and a gift deed as POF.
Payslips are provided by conpany but on plain paper and no sign and stamp on it. They say we can issue you a new salary letter on letterhead.

I am drawing salary in cash each month. I have submitted reference letter along with pay slips signed by company MD on the letter head..Is that fine?1. Get annual bank statements from the bank. They will be more compact and less no of pages.
3. Doesn't matter... I don't think payslips are normally signed or stamped. Even mine weren't - although they had company letterhead.
4. Just send multiple CSE emails if the placeholder is not enough. They attach every document sent to them via CSE to the application.
