I got a second ghost update today after yesterday when my application changed to ip2. However in today's ghost update nothing has changed inside the application page. Its still at ip2. Could this mean anything. FSW-O India. Nov 2nd AOR.

The company will have a seal or stamp right? Request them to apply that, if they are issuing on a plain paper. If it's on a letter head or computer generated, stamps or not required. As per bank statements, did your friend received salary by cash or direct deposit? If cash, then request company to provide you a salary certificate, where they say you were paid by cash. If direct deposit, you can get it from the bank directly. Form 16 docs are fine, and the company should have provided this doc.. so this covers the returns part..

1. Bank statements we can get and yes we know the credit in statements will say “By Salary” as it is direct deposit.

2. The company issued form 16 for every year but not sure we will be abke to find them all for 7 years. Trying to find them orelse will try to request the conpany to issue duplicate copies.

3. Problem is for salary slips, they are on plain papers. The company never sign and stamps them. They say we can issue you a fresh salary certificate.

4. Next challenge would be conpress 200 page file to just 3-4 MB size.

Company will be able to give you old form 16 docs as well. It shouldn't be a problem

Submit the plain paper pay slips, but also get a salary certificate and if possible bona fide employment certificate for your entire employment from 2011 to till date.. it adds more weight.. In the salary certificate, they can mention about pay slips part...

4. Next challenge would be conpress 200 page file to just 3-4 MB size.

Send multiple CSE's or emails if the size is more,.. I don't see any problem if you cannot send everything at once. Break it up and send multiple CSE's or emails..take second opinion from others too.. for confirmation..

In the notes, why the Eligibility value changes from 'Calculation in Progress' to 'Passed-Candidate' then on next section again to 'calculate' then to 'Not Started'?

For my case it looks like apart from medical & info sharing everything else in not started. And what does 'obsolete' mean in the notes?

Hope everyone who have got their PPR's are planning to take some pre arrival services before landing to Canada. But if we register by ourselves, these services are free where IRCC helps new immigrants to settle and get information you need before you arrive. They even help to build your resume, they have webinar sessions which we can attend to know how to get a job in Canada. For registration, you need to upload your PPR email or request letter or COPR letter.

Hi all, who ll under go security screening? Have seen posts in other group and many have shared that it may delay due to that. this waiting is making me to think in all directions..

Nationality, residence or travel to certain countries that have a high incidence of terrorism and some other factors such as military service and name/dob hits in databases are usually triggers for security screening.

hello all,

My friend ( Nov 12 AOR) has recieved additional document request just now, the request says to submit :

1. Pay stubs, income tax statements from 2011 to 2018

2. Bank statements from 2013 to 2018 showing salary deposits.

We do not know how to dig out for 7 years old documents. Especially pay stubs and bank statements. We are trying to gather as much documents as possible.

Lets say we gather it and the document will be of atleast 200 pages as 7 years pay stubs are equivalent to 84 pages.( 12 pay stubs per year) and then bank statements for 6 years.

Any advice on this would be appreciated.

What advice are you looking for exactly? In arranging the documents or in uploading the documents within the stipulated file size?

Provide documents for atleast recent 3 years work exp. Obviously, more the better in your friend's case. Also, do you know the VO?

Provide for all years they have asked. More is always better, even if the requirement states 3 years. People get rejected for silly reasons such as NOC mismatch, don't give the VO any reason to reject your application.

We did not provided payslips earlier as they were not required. We submitted the reference letter containing job title, position, duties, working hours and salary details on letterhead signed by HR head.

The bank statements were also not submitted because we used single Fixed deposit and a gift deed as POF.

Payslips are provided by conpany but on plain paper and no sign and stamp on it. They say we can issue you a new salary letter on letterhead.

Hello same was requested from me even I attached everything intially with my application but still they asked for sane documents again. Just provide them what they asked.

I am drawing salary in cash each month. I have submitted reference letter along with pay slips signed by company MD on the letter head..Is that fine?

Hello Guys, sad news for me. A refusal! For the most ridiculous reason.

The case officer checked the latest bank statement but did not check the attached Fixed Deposits. Below is the reason. Can someone help me? Appeal? Reapply? How much time will it take?

"In your Express Entry profile, as proof of funds, you submitted a notarized Gift Deed which indicated that Rs. 10,00,000 was transferred into your State Bank of India Account. I note that bank statements were not provided. On April 5, 2019, our office requested bank statements from the State Bank of India account. In response, you submitted the State Bank of India account statement, which shows the deposit and subsequent withdrawal/transfer of the Rs. 10,00,000 from your account. The ending balance on March 29, 2019, was Rs. 41,064.03, or rather, CAD $791.35"
