IQAS and translation of documents

Hi all,

for those of you having experiencemaking ECA with IQAS, I have a few questions for the translation of transcripts:
- Can I translate those documents myself? and signed the paper.
- if yes, can i just use a paper and write by hand the translation.

on IQAS website its not really clear..
